Female Calliope feeding young at nest #1

This female was already incubating eggs in nest #2, but every 15 minutes or so would fly to Nest #1 and feed these two unfledged young!. The nests were about 30 yards apart. This may be the first documented recording of the behavior known as double clutching in Calliope Hummingbird.
